When the last episode opens up, we see that Akira is working on his laptop in the office while the Chief is shouting his name. We see that Chief mentions that if he woke up with a 100-degree fever, and asks him that even if it is true, what can he do about that?
This is because he is only worried about the deadline and if they will make it or not. He asks Akira if he feels like he is going to die from overwork or not and if he should talk to him when he is actually dead. At the same time, he also mentions that no one is going to leave the office until they finish the work.

Later in the episode, we see that it is nothing but a dream, and when he wakes up, he reminds himself that he doesn’t have to go to work anymore.
Later in the episode, we see that he goes to his balcony, where a lot of zombies are right beneath his building. He shouts good morning very loudly and mentions that he is spending his three-year worth of vacation time starting today, and he is going to have so much fun.
With this, we see that he cleans his apartment and mentions that he has done the three-year worth of cleaning because he believes that when you have a clean house, you will have a clean mind as well, and he cannot remember the last time he felt that much good.
This is when he goes to the kitchen and brings a can of beer. After having a sip, he says that he knew skipping work and drinking beer first thing in the morning would taste that good.
The guilty pleaser of drinking beer on what would normally be a workday, the freedom from work and obligation. He thinks that if this is not heaven, then he doesn’t know what it actually is.
Later in the episode, we see the news reporter showing aerial footage of Tokyo, where fires are blazing everywhere, and they still can’t believe that this is happening. She also says that even their studio is in danger of being overrun by workers.
