The first generators are located in room 220 of the eastern wing of the sanatorium; no key is needed because this room is open.
The second generators are in room 219 of the western wing. The room is locked with a key that you can purchase at the Flea market or find in the raid. If you have a key to room 220 of the western wing, then you should get on the balcony to mark this part of the quest completed.
All you have to do now is to get out alive from the location.

My people suffer power shortages and it is totally not okay, because time is money. Many have carried out their activities in the resort before us. Search for generators that are still functional, they are most likely in locked rooms on the second floor of both buildings, we’ll need a bunch of them. Just inform me when you locate the rooms.
