One of the features that Northridge has is its proximity to California State University Northridge. This presence of the university brings a youthful energy to the environment. The neighborhood has a range of cultural and educational events developing a vibrant area. There is always something to do in Northridge. This area is surrounded by many hiking trails, mountains, parks, diverse dining options, and shopping centers that make Northridge, Northridge. As good as Northridge sounds, there is room for improvement. For example, there are many people throughout the neighborhood speeding in the streets. I experienced multiple accidents near my residence and it was not fun hearing that commotion. The city leaders could enforce stricter rules on drivers to focus on decreasing the amount of accidents that happen in the area. Overall, Northridge is a great place to live in. With a focus on enhancing traffic rules, Northridge has the potential to become an even more desirable place to live in.
