From check in to the last moment. Friendly and inviting staff will greet you. We have stayed here a couple times now and always treated nicely.. nothing was ever too hard for them. Even the gift waiting on the bed when we arrived. Perfect.Management needs to give all areas a pat on the back. I will be back here again in the future. As a Diamond with Accor and several very disappointing stays in Accor hotels around Europe over the past 2 months. It was nice to be treated with respect again. I refuse to step foot in Pullman Roissy ever again. Rude staff. I don’t believe Accor Europe looks after its club members but I 100% feel Mercure Roissy knows how to treat people. Thank you. I checked in for a brief overnight stay in between international flights. The rooms were dingy and outdated. I would expect more for what I paid (more than 250 Euros).

Very old hotel. Rooms didn't feel fresh. Parts of the ceiling in the bathroom were falling. No amenities in a 4 stars hotel... 19,99 eur for a very mediocre breakfast worth 10eur maximum.
